Mission Statement


WOLF PACK DNA’s mission is to harness the power of genetic genealogy to provide answers to those seeking their biological origins, deliver leads to law enforcement in cases of unidentified human remains and unknown offenders of violent crimes, and assist in exonerating the wrongly convicted. We endeavor to make a profound impact on the lives of those we serve, promoting justice, dignity, healing, and understanding in every case.

Tiffany Rhoades

Since she was in high school, non-profits have been a passion for Tiffany. She started with mission trips out of the country and in-country, including trips to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. She then went on to study Microbiology, where she found her passion for science education. She utilized her passion for science education to educate patients about medications throughout her career which eventually landed her as a high school healthcare educator. Her passion for true crime plus her love of science led her to WOLF PACK DNA. She is excited to be on a board of like-minded individuals to finally get some genetic answers for their clients

In her spare time when she is not reading cold cases or listening to true crime podcasts, she spends her time with her son and her husband exploring. She is also involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as her son was diagnosed with CF at nine days old. Her other passions are traveling, short-term rental properties, sports, and espresso.

Kevin Burley

Kevin Burley is a seasoned investigator, having served the Columbus Division of Police with distinction, garnering 31 years of experience in law enforcement.

Kevin’s career began in patrol, where he spent 6 years, including 3 years dedicated to ensuring the safety of his alma mater, The Ohio State University, on foot and by bike. He then advanced to the Enforcement Section of the Strategic Response Bureau for 12 years, tackling car break-ins, construction site thefts, and street-level narcotics. His expertise in surveillance and electronic monitoring helped solve major crimes like robberies, burglaries, and sexual assaults.

As a member of the Ohio Organized Crime Task Force, Kevin went undercover in a chop shop, dismantling car theft rings. He then spent 13 years with the Investigative/Tactical (IN/TAC) Section of the Narcotics Bureau, where he led operations, executed search warrants, and trained new officers. His work with confidential informants and mission planning was instrumental in numerous successful narcotics busts.

Kevin’s specialized training includes certifications in hazardous waste disposal and operation of Level “A” Hazmat Suits, enabling him to safely handle and dismantle methamphetamine labs and other dangerous clandestine operations. He also provided essential training for Code Enforcement Officers on identifying hazards in illegal drug labs.

Now retired, Kevin brings his vast investigational expertise to WOLF PACK DNA’s board, supporting their cutting-edge work in genetic genealogy to solve cold cases and bring justice to families.
